Return policy
At Venom Spring, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy covers both our own spring water products and apparel items fulfilled by our partners.
Returns for Spring Water Products
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return unopened cans of spring water.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
- Customers in Poland: Please refer to the banner below for details on the return procedure via Wygodne Zwroty.
- We cannot accept returns on opened cans due to health and safety reasons.
Returns for Apparel Items (all items available trough the Get Stuff page)
- Since our apparel items are produced on demand by our partner, returns for these products are limited to defective or damaged items.
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue at support@venomspring.com.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
- For defective apparel items, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@venomspring.com
